Blue, pink and full of fruit
A luau without tropical cocktails? Unthinkable. Five classics to shake, plus a fruity mocktail so everyone can toast. Okole maluna!
- 4 cl white rum
- 2 cl blue curaƧao
- 6 cl pineapple juice
- 2 cl coconut cream
- a dash of lime
Shake with ice, serve in a tall glass with pineapple and a little umbrella. The star of every party.
- 4 cl dark rum
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1.5 cl orgeat (almond)
- 1.5 cl triple sec
Shake, serve over crushed ice with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime. Classic and strong.
- 5 cl white rum
- 9 cl pineapple juice
- 3 cl coconut cream
Blend with ice into a creamy, sweet dream. Serve in a coconut if you really want to do it right.
- 4 cl vodka
- 2 cl peach liqueur
- 4 cl orange juice
- 4 cl cranberry juice
Build over ice, stir, and finish with a slice of orange. Summery pink and fruity.
- 2 cl blue syrup (non-alcoholic)
- 8 cl lemonade or tonic
- pineapple and lime juice

- optional: a splash of rum
